A French faïence armorial sauce boat, Alcide Chaumeil, circa 1880 – 1890. Hand decorated with a French heraldic crest, fleur de lis, and the customary border, the boat is fixed to a bottom tray. Glazed in vibrant colors.

Light age line to the interior of the boat, a teeny flea bite on the footing rim, more felt then seen.
