Payments 

List prices are in U.S. Currency. Due to the unique nature of our products Shipping is NOT included in the list price or calculated in your cart total.

 

 

You will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs once your order is processed. 
 
We accept all major Credit Cards, ApplePay, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and Square Gift Cards. Orders may also be placed by phone with a Credit Card.

Purchases are subject to state taxes.  Trade clients must supply a copy of their resale certificate for state tax exemption.

 

All items will remain available for purchase until payment in full – including the shipping fee – is received.

Shipping

We offer Global Insured Shipping from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the US. Shipping fees are calculated by the dimension and weight of the parcel, and based on distance, as set by the rate of the carrier. Insurance, tracking information, and delivery confirmation are included in the shipping  quote.  

 

All items are carefully packed for safe arrival. Purchases will be shipped within three (3) business days of cleared payments. Buyers will be notified by email when their purchases have been shipped – carrier and tracking information will be provided. 

 

Please email for a shipping quote prior to purchasing and provide your full address including postal code and country. You will receive a 2nd invoice for the shipping fee if you purchase before requesting a quote.

International Orders

 We will not under-value merchandise or claim an item as a gift on U.S. customs forms. Import duties (VAT) and taxes are not included in the shipping quote. The buyer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes advanced by the carrier prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted if the item has been misrepresented in the listing. Concerns must be initiated within one (1) day of delivery. Once authorized, the item must be received by us in the same condition as when purchased. Return shipping and insurance are at the buyers expense. Return carrier and tracking information must be provided to us. Returns should be received within seven (7) business days after receiving return authorization, fourteen (14) business days for International transactions. 

 

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for any returned item. 

10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund on orders that have been paid for and subsequently cancelled before shipping.  

Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment upon secure return and inspection of the original item. Refunds may take up to 3-7 days to post, depending on the buyers bank or credit card practices.

Item Descriptions

Signs of light wear due to age and use are to be expected in antique ceramics and other objects. Some items may show flea bites, hairlines, crazing, discoloration, or restoration commensurate with age. Our items have been carefully examined for condition, and any issues we find are disclosed in the listing. Please review the photos and written descriptions carefully. Minor flaws can appear enhanced in close-up photos. Please be sure you are comfortable with the condition of the piece before you buy. We are here to address your questions concerning item conditions or to provide additional photos before you purchase.  

Damaged Items

Extra care is taken when packing orders to prevent breakage. If your order does arrive damaged, please let us know immediately, and we will file an insurance claim. The carrier will expect to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing materials.) Do not discard the damaged pieces or any packing materials until the claim has been processed. Do not return the damaged items to us, as this will void the insurance and we will be unable to issue a refund.
