An English porcelain posy vase formed as a trio of open-mouthed frogs holding a conch shell, circa 1890-1910.
The three green frogs sit on a round, brown colored, textured base. Their bent front legs support a large conch shell glazed in white, beige, and pink. One frog is glazed in a deeper green than the other two. The frogs are able to hold smaller flowers in they mouths as well.
An unusual and whimsical piece, beautifully molded and colored.
