Description
An assembled set of four vintage wide band Sterling Silver napkin rings, various makers, circa 1920s – 1930s.
Wonderful examples:
One ring is engraved with the name ‘Sylvia’ from the Art Nouveau period.
Another shows an initialed crest, from the Art Deco period..
A bright-cut patterned ring with a cartouche for an initialed monogram.
The last ring is barreled shaped with flared, rolled rims.
Rings measure 1.50 to 1.75 inches in height and diameter.
Total weight of 3.349 Ounces Troy, much heavier than the rings being made today.
Marked: Three rings are marked Sterling Silver. The fourth ring shows the crested Sterling marks.
In very good vintage condition with light unpolished patina.
