An assembled set of four vintage wide band Sterling Silver napkin rings, various makers, circa 1930s.
Wonderful examples:
One ring is engraved with the name ‘Mellie’ inside a cartouche.
Another shows a repoussé pattern of raised roses and scrolls, with room for engraving.
A paneled ring is engraved with an initialed monogram.
The last ring is engraved with the name ‘Jerry’ and shows beaded rims.
Rings measure 1.75 to 2 inches High x 1.5 to 2 inches in Diameter
Total weight of 4.676 Ounces Troy, much heavier than the rings being made today.
Marked: Three rings are marked Sterling, the fourth tests for Sterling. Various makers marks including Gorham.
In very good vintage condition with light unpolished patina.
