Description
A set of two Mid-Century Era pottery ashtrays, designed by Georges Briard for hyalyn Porcelain, early 1960s.
The nesting bisque black ashtrays are from the Midas line.
Round with a crescent shaped celestial pattern of gold medallions opposite a notched rim for holding cigarettes.
The Gold pattern is in raised enamel and shows the Briard signature.

1o in. Round x 1.5 in. H and 6.5 in. Round x 1.25 in. H
In very good condition, light wear to the cork backing as expected.
