Description
From Longchamp, a Terre de Fer asparagus plate, circa 1880-1900.
Bundled green asparagus spears with lavender tips are raised to form a cradle for holding cooked asparagus, with deeper sauce wells on either side. A scalloped border is glazed in the same green, all on a clean white ground.

Marked: Impressed Longchamp, Terre de Fer, with a mold number.
Multiple plates are available in very good antique condition.
