A charming piece with gorgeous mold work and glazing, showing a cob of kerneled yellow corn with bent back husks colored in greens and brown.
The corn sits on a base of cobalt blue with brown roped borders.
A turquoise blue interior.
A scarce piece for the discerning collector – Â marked on the bottom with an impressed Wedgwood.
3.5 inches in diameter x 7 inches H.
In remarkable condition, an older tiny glaze slip on one husk, the expected light lining to the interior from use.
