A Wedgwood majolica pitcher, an Aesthetic Movement mold showing a snail shell against sprays of climbing ivy on a tortoise shell ground. A branch form handle, yellow ochre rimming and a sea-green interior.
Impressed Wedgwood mark along with a three digit date code, the ‘Y’ for the year 1870.
