A beautiful Hollywood Regency Period giltwood Sunburst wall mirror, from France. Shaped sun rays extend from a dimensionally molded bezel framing the round, convex mirror. A wooden backing with a hanging hook. The mirror hangs away from the wall, due to the form of the rays. There are subtle variations in the gilded finish, in the making.

Shows beautifully, some losses to the gilding, showing the white gesso beneath.
