Description
An unusual pair of Silver-Gilt wood wall mirrors in the Baroque Taste, Italy, circa fourth quarter 19th century.
Topped with leaf-carved crests, the oval mirror plates are framed with beading, and sit on scrolled, leaf-carved and pierced feet. A wood backing is held in place with the original nails, brass hanging rings on the versos.

Possibly some light repairs, if so well done. Scattered wormholes to the backings. The expected minor age related surface wear. Light foxing to the mirrors, also age related.
