Description
An Aesthetic Movement French Faïence asparagus plate, Keller & Guerin St. Clément, circa 1880. A border of Bleeding Hearts, or as they are called in France, Coeurs de Marie, flower heads encircle three asparagus spears that divide the plate into three sections, a part for the spears, one for sauce, and a part for waste.
