Description
A French majolica glazed oyster plate from the faïence factory of Longchamp, Circa 1930-1950.
Six scallop shell shaped wells against a basket weave ground in a rich Sienna glazing. The raised center condiment well and the rim are molded as a brown roping. The glaze pools beautifully into this dimensional mold.
