A set of six Art Nouveau French porcelaneous plates showing aspects of both the asparagus and artichoke plants, circa 1900-1910.
The plates are rimmed in a bittersweet orange-red, asparagus spears lay across the plate glazed with lavender tips. A deep sauce well is formed of the globe shaped artichoke head surrounded by a swirl of stylized leaves. Wonderful color.

All plates are in fine stable condition without chipping or hairlines.
The expected light staining to the lighter glazed areas, overall fine crazing.
